I has always had access to view life through the eyes is an entrepreneur as I have helped out in my mother's salon since I was 3 years old. My mom would pay me $1/day at that age to sweep or clean the glass door or any other odd job she could find for me to do. I started selling snow cones in the summer months at 6 years old outside of her salon and it was then that I began to learn him how to provide great customer service, upsale, give back change, tithe, save, and spend my earnings wisely. As I got older she really appreciated my help as I helped to set up and sell at events and trade shows. I also helped work in our family health and wellness store with running the register, pricing items, restocking shelves, and making smoothies. All of these things helped to build my character and created in me the desire to become an entrepreneur.
This year my goal was to start and run my own business that would require me to work smarter and not harder (and my mom wants me to get him off Fortnite some). So far I have seen overwhelming support from people all over the US and have even been invited to speak at a youth event and to provide popcorn for an August wedding! I appreciate my mom continuing to help me and to know that she will do whatever it takes to make sure that I know and can live up to my full potential! I’m blessed to have her mom and I know it’s not always easy but I appreciate her.
